SAN FRANCISCO (Oct. 3, 2012)—The San Francisco Democratic Party will tonight co-host what promises to be among the City’s largest local gatherings of Democratic leaders and activists to watch President Barack Obama debate Republican Nominee Mitt Romney in the first of three prime time presidential debates.  The event, which is free and open to the public, is co-hosted by the local chapter of Organizing for America, a political outreach and organizing project of the Democratic National Committee.

Tonight’s event offers journalists an opportunity to obtain real-time reactions to the debate from local politicos.  English-, Chinese- and Spanish-language speakers will be available for interviews.
