There are two ways to get on the SFDCCC: you can run for - and win - a DCCC seat (in the 12th or 13th Assembly District), or you can run for - and win - a Democratic nomination for Statewide office. Below is a list of all members of the DCCC.

12th Assembly District (in order of finish):
